Lambrusco Citrus Fizz
Ingredients
Chilled Riunite Lambrusco
Ice to fill glass
1 squeeze fresh orange or lemon
1 tsp honey
1–2 oz soda water
Citrus slice (for garnish)
Fresh mint sprig (optional garnish)
Directions
Even the OG knows how to mix things up.
Start with chilled Riunite Lambrusco over ice, add a squeeze of fresh orange or lemon, and a touch of honey for a little softness. Top with a splash of soda water to lift it, and finish with a slice of citrus or a sprig of mint.
It’s bright, refreshing, and just a little playful while still letting Lambrusco do what it does best.
