Pretty in Pink Herb Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 bottle Riunite Lambrusco Rosé
• 2 cups juiced pink grapefruit
• 1 cup soda water
• 1/4 cup honey
• 4 fresh rosemary
• 4 fresh – leaves of basil

Directions

In a cocktail shaker, combine the rosé wine with pink grapefruit juice, a touch of honey, a splash of soda water, and a few fresh basil and rosemary sprigs. Shake well until everything is chilled and blended, then strain into wine glasses. Add a couple of ice cubes to each glass, garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary, and serve immediately.
