Roasted Garlic Bread
(Serves 6, recipe can be doubled)

Ingredients:
1 long loaf Italian bread, sliced lengthwise
2 tbsp. garlic flavored oil
2 tsp. minced garlic
1-½ tbsp. dried oregano
1-½ tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Rub oil generously into bread. Sprinkle oregano, red pepper and Parmesan on bread. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the two halves (face up) in the middle of the oven for approx. 10 min, or until cheese begins to bubble. Cut into 2" pieces. Serve hot.
